近日，上海信然壓縮機有限公司正式授予香港鵬潤鑫科技有限公司特級經銷商資質，授權有效期三年，授權其全權開拓香港、東南亞及海南、湛江環北部灣區域市場，主营石油天然氣壓縮機、氫能核心裝備及油服配套業務，推動國產高端能源裝備出海佈局。
Recently, Shanghai Xin Ran Compressor Co., Ltd. officially granted a special-grade distributor qualification to HK Golden Penguin Technology Co., Limited, valid for three years. It authorizes the company to fully develop markets in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Hainan and Zhanjiang Beibu Gulf Rim, focusing on oil & gas compressors, core hydrogen energy equipment and oilfield service business, boosting the global deployment of domestic high-end energy equipment.

The special-grade distribution authorization is the highest-level market qualification in Xin Ran’s system. Leveraging Hong Kong’s advantages as an international science, innovation and trade hub, HK Golden Penguin Technology will radiate into the oil and gas energy market of Southeast Asia, while deeply engaging in Hainan Free Trade Port, Zhanjiang Lingang Industrial Zone and other frontiers of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It will focus on equipment and technical service demands from offshore oil production platforms, marine oil and gas exploitation, onshore coal chemical industry and energy chemical bases.
業務覆蓋石油天然氣軸流壓縮機、大型離心式工藝壓縮機、CCUS二氧化碳捕集封存壓縮機組、高壓氫能隔膜壓縮機、電解水制氫配套儲運設備；同步開展油氣田現場運維、設備定檢保養、工藝優化改造、海洋平台壓縮系統調試等專業油服業務，可面向海上油氣開採、陸地油氣煉化、煤化工碳減排、綠氫製備、加氫站基建等場景，提供裝備供應+技術服務一體化解決方案。
Its business scope includes axial flow oil & gas compressors, large centrifugal process compressors, CCUS carbon capture and storage compressor units, high-pressure hydrogen diaphragm compressors, and electrolytic water hydrogen production supporting storage and transportation equipment. Meanwhile, it provides professional oilfield services including on-site operation and maintenance of oil and gas fields, regular equipment inspection and maintenance, process optimization and retrofitting, and commissioning of compression systems on offshore platforms. It delivers integrated solutions of equipment supply and technical services for offshore oil and gas exploitation, onshore oil and gas refining, carbon emission reduction in coal chemical industry, green hydrogen production, and hydrogen refueling station infrastructure.

This authorization deeply integrates high-end equipment manufacturing in mainland China with Hong Kong’s cross-border trade platform. It opens up sales and service channels for offshore oil, gas and hydrogen infrastructure in Southeast Asia, accelerates the localized deployment of hydrogen energy and oil-gas compression equipment with the policy dividend of Hong Kong, and supports the new industrialization of Hong Kong and the upgrading of marine energy industry in Hainan and Zhanjiang. The two parties will further coordinate production and sales, take Hong Kong as a bridgehead to expand overseas energy equipment and oilfield service markets, and support the implementation of the national dual-carbon strategy.
