       中国国家能源有限公司(China National Energy Co., Ltd.)是国资委管理的重要骨干企业，前身是1982年7月成立的中国能源进出口总公司。2003年4月，以其为核心组建中国国家能源集团公司。2009年4月，经重组准备在香港上市的大型企业。2011年5月更名为中国国家能源有限公司，并正式进驻香港。中国国家能源有限公司简称中能公司（CNE）

China National Energy Co., Ltd. is a large important state-owned key enterprise managed by SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission). The predecessor was China Energy Import and Export Corporation, which was founded in July 1982. In April 2003, based its core capital, China National Energy Group Company was established, which was then restricted in April 2009 and prepared to list in Hong Kong. In May 2011, it was renamed to China National Energy Co., LTD, and officially stationed in Hong Kong. The abbreviation of China National Energy Company Co., Ltd is CNE.
